The company is seeking to expand its Orlando footprint over the next several years and identifying the potential to develop as many as 79 restaurants in the market. Currently, Hardee's operates 14 locations within the Orlando metro-area.

The company is seeking to rapidly expand its Tampa footprint over the next several years and identifying the potential to develop as many as 88 restaurants in the market. Currently, Hardee's operates 12 locations within the Tampa metro-area.

Blended same-store sales increased 3.6% in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012. Hardee’s® same-store sales increased 6.1% and Carl’s Jr.® same-store sales increased 1.7%.

Blended same-store sales increased 1.9% in the third quarter of fiscal 2012. Carl’s Jr.® same-store sales increased 2.0% and Hardee’s® same-store sales increased 1.8%.

Blended same-store sales increased 2.2% in the second quarter of fiscal 2012.

CKE Restaurants, Inc.,today announced the opening of two Hardee’s® restaurants in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This marks the first of at least 12 Hardee’s restaurants to be opened in Kazakhstan over the next five years. Hardee’s is the first major western quick-service hamburger chain to open in the market.
