Domaine Chandon Announces The Domaine Chandon Cookbook

Domaine Chandon, Napa Valley’s leading sparkling winery, is proud to announce the release of The Domaine Chandon Cookbook: recipes from étoile restaurant written by Jeff Morgan. The Restaurant at Domaine Chandon, renamed étoile in 2006, is the oldest fine dining venue in the Napa Valley. For over 30 years, guests to the winery have enjoyed the ultimate epicurean experience in a relaxed wine country setting for either lunch or dinner. étoile has garnered high accolades including a Michelin star under the direction of San Francisco Chronicle Rising Star Chef Perry Hoffman. The entire étoile culinary team enjoys daily collaboration with the Chandon winemakers, resulting in innovative, wine-inspired, seasonal cuisine served in unforgettable surroundings.

Now, the Domaine Chandon Cookbook offers the opportunity to enjoy the étoile experience at home with 75 recipes that highlight the best dishes from the restaurant’s repertoire, covering everything from soups to desserts, accompanied by more than 75 vivid photographs. Written by Napa Valley resident and winemaker Jeff Morgan, the Domaine Chandon Cookbook also features plenty of wine, with a guide to pairing wines with foods, suggested wines to accompany each recipe, savvy entertaining tips, and recipes for dazzling sparkling cocktails. Chef Perry Hoffman, a Napa Valley native, literally grew up in fine dining kitchens. He has led the culinary team at Domaine Chandon since 2008.
