Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree with 7 - 10 years experience required, Masters degree preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Licensure, Training & Travel Requirements (if applicable):
Superior analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Office computer applications.
Excellent organizational, strategic planning, verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in asset management, property and leasing management, valuation, financial accounting, tenant relations and exposure to real estate law.

The Real Estate Manager is responsible for managingUniversal Health Services, Inc. Essential Job Duites:
- Directly manages third party property managers and leasing agents. Provides oversight of business plans, budgets, forecasts, leases, analysis and approvals.
- Negotiates leases and contracts.
- Develops strategies for each property. Prepares business plans as required.
- Analyzes and monitors property performance and market conditions. Maximizes total return for each assigned asset through the analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance
- Oversees capital and tenant improvement projects
- Assists with pre-acquisition input in due diligence process, including review of financial and operational assumptions and supporting the effort of debt financing
