Position Requirements:
• Ability to maintain a detailed daily and monthly regiment where dozens of simultaneous sales prospects must be managed at various points in the sales cycle.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Focus will be on generating revenues through New Business Development which re quires a proven background in closing sales deals.
• Responsible for follow up on all new leads generated in-house.
• Relationship management, business needs analysis, product presentation skills, price quote generation and a demonstrated ability to close business.
• An individual with breadth and depth of real estate industry/property management/accounting and reporting is a huge plus.
• Requires a high level of professional “inside and outside” salesmanship.
• Position requires capacity for understanding and presenting functional product knowledge and an understanding of competitive solutions.
• Knowledge of automated property management accounting/reporting solutions is a huge plus.
• Overnight travel within a designated territory may be required.
