    Restaurant Managers MUST have recent full service casual / family dining experience and management experience.  
       

    • Food and Beverage quality and 100% customer satisfaction          
    • Ensures Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
    • Management of staff, performance appraisals, takes disciplinary action, motivate and train    
    • Adheres to restaurant company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance program  
    • Strong operational background and knowledge in the Food and Beverage industry   
    • Exceptional team building skills        
    • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

    Midwest Recruiting specializes specifically in Restaurant Management placement. We work nationally with many positions ranging from Assistant Managers to District Managers. A new Restaurant Management position as become available in the Wichita Falls, TX Market.

    If you are currently a restaurant manager with a Full Service Concept that has a thirst for a fast pace environment, developing team members and always delivering top knotch service, then we have the perfect opportunity for you.

    Management Candidate must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of continuous experience and good stability (no more than two jobs in five years); must have current or very recent management experience, with at least 3 million in sales.



    Restaurant Manager candidate will be expected to 

         
    • Preparing end of shift reports including Daily Labor Control, Daily Food Control, and Daily Sales.        
    • Managing operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision making, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, planning, while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.    
    • Ensuring proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, guests and Company assets, including security of the store room, freezer and office    
    • Be well adverse in both BOH and FOH operations           
    • Preparing schedules and ensuring that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts 

          
         

      The ideal candidates must:    

    • Exhibit Food and Beverage quality and 100% customer satisfaction
