Requirements:
Growing food company in North Jersey is looking for Product Development Technicians for their Productivity Initiative.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assembly and preparation of food product or package prototypes .
• Preparation of facilities/equipment
• Assembly and preparation of food product or package prototypes .
• Preparation of facilities/equipment
• Coordinate disassembly, sanitation, storage of equipment and clean up of facilities following activities described above.
• Maintain and track inventories of supplies and esure supplies are properly stored. Contact suppliers, customer service and/or plants when necessary.
• Assist with product testing and product presentations, including periodic overnight travel.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of food science, food processing methods and techniques, and current food industry trends
