- Creation and execution of systems
- Coaching Management teams on policies, procedures and system to improve food standards
- Overseeing development of Executive Kitchen Managers and Kitchen Managers
- Ensuring outstanding food within our restaurants
- Coaching teams to maintain food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ability to work a varied schedule with some travel
