    Requirements:

    Restaurant Managers MUST have recent full service upscale, casual or family dining management experience.


    • Kitchen Manger must have strong leadership and communications skills
    • Must be able & committed to administering daily and shiftly line checks
    • Must be able to maintain food quality standards at all times, while overseeing all phases of food procurement, production and service.
    • Km will be responsible for inventory, ordering, truck deliveries, storage and rotation, food preparation, recipe adherence, plate presentation, along with service and production time standards.
    • KM candidate must be able to effectively coach and train his team to strive for quality and consistency. Must be able to ensure clear direction and feedback to the kitchen team.
    • Must conduct bi-weekly food safety and sanitation inspections to improve restaurant standards
    • Will be responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, and will enforce sanitation and constant hand washing with both boh and foh team members.
    • Will educate and enforce avoidance of cross contamination, improper food handling and storage practices.

    • Strong operational background and knowledge in the Food and Beverage industry
    • Exceptional team building skills
    • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
    • Ability to pass a Background check and Drug screen

    Do you have a passion for creating great food while providing a blissful experience for guest? If so, we have a new opportunity that will provide you the arena to demonstrate your skills. We have a new Restaurant Manager position available in (Los Angeles, CA).with an Upscale Concept and are looking for the right individuals to help grow this Multi-Million dollar operation. They will be expected to oversee high volume restaurant operations, mentor management and hourly staff, staff schedules, direct contact with inventory control, food/labor /beverage cost, and corprate policies.


    Areas of Responsibility Include:


     

    • Oversee every aspect restaurant operations.
    • Controlling day-to-day operations - profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
    • Working with area supervisor to develop the restaurant's annual operating budget and control all profit and loss centers, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.
    • Operating the business in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws.
    • Will directly impact interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
    • Responsible for all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties, completed accurately, on time and in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
    • Manage all shifts, which include daily decision-making, staff support, scheduling and planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
    • Maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour.
    • Enforcing safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment for both guests and crew members.
    • Monitor daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness standards.
    • Meet the restaurant's P&L, and expense goals
    • Promoting suggestive selling techniques.
    • Maintaining professional behavior while creating a warm, fun, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere.
    • Prepare quarterly Sales and projections for area supervisor approval including follow up on store action plans.
