Working to find ideal geographic locations for new properties, this Project Manager, Real Estate & Franchise Development performs financial/market analysis for sales directives, capital deployment, and other real estate metrics. Duties include coordinating department/sales projects, tools, presentations, and meetings while preparing monthly franchise sales activity reports. You will also maintain online sales content, help develop sales tools, and support cross-functional initiatives for Asset Management and other departments as needed.
To qualify, you must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, or Finance; MBA preferred
- Proven experience analyzing STR data, macro/local economic trends, and lodging performances
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Knowledge of lodging and/or hospital industries
- Ability and desire to quickly advance within a company
- Willingness for some travel, including overnight stays
