    San Jose, CA-based LEE'S SANDWICHES (founded 2001) has increased by 3 units, from 38 to 41 (8% growth).  These quick serve sandwich shops are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a $2-$6 per person price range.  Units seat about 30 and offer online ordering service.  Stores are franchised and trade in AZ, CA, NV, OK, and TX.  

    Athens, GA-based BARBERITOS (founded 2000) has increased by 1 unit, from 24 to 25 (4% growth).  This is a fast casual Mexican concept, open for lunch and dinner.  Beer and wine is served and seating is for about 90.  Per person check average is $6-$12.  Catering and delivery options are available.  Stores are franchised and trade in FL, GA, NC, SC, and TN.

    Albany, NY-based DELMONICO'S ITALIAN STEAKHOUSE has increased by 1 unit, from 4 to 5 (25% growth) and entered into the state of FL.  All other locations are in NY.  The restaurants are upscale, with a $15-$50+ per person check average.  There is full bar service and seating for around 150.  Banquet rooms are available.  

    BANGKOK GARDEN HOUSE of Virginia Beach, VA has increased by 1 unit, from 4 to 5 (25% growth).  These are family/casual Thai restaurants with full bar and seating for around 150.  Meal periods are lunch and dinner.  Per person check average is around $6-$15+.  Catering and banquets are available.  All locations are in VA.

    Rochester, NY-based DIBELLA'S SUBS (founded 1918) has increased by 9 units, from 17 to 26 (53% growth).  These quick serve sandwich shops are open for lunch and dinner, with a $3-$8 per person price range.  Units seat about 30 and offer catering service.  Trading areas are MI, NY, OH, and PA.

    BARTOLOTTA RESTAURANT GROUP headquartered in Wauwatosa, WI (founded 1993) has increased by 3 units, from 5 to 8 (60% growth).  They have added new concepts called Northpoint, The Rumpus Room and Harbor House.  Other company concepts are Bacchus (1), Lake Park Bistro (1), Mr B's (1), Pizzeria Piccola (1) and Ristorante Bartolotta (1).  Units tend to be upscale with full bar and seating for around 200.  Meal periods are lunch and dinner.  Per person check average is around $15-$30+.  Catering and banquets are offered.  All locations are in WI.

    Austin, TX-based CHUY'S (founded 1982) has increased by 4 units for the Chuy's concept, from 27 to 31 (15% concept growth) and entered into GA.  The company also operates Hula Hut (1) and Shady Grove (1).  Overall company increase was from 29 to 33 (14% growth).  These are family/casual Mexican restaurants, open for lunch and dinner.  Per person check average is $8-$20, with full bar service.  Units seat about 200 and offer catering.  Trading areas are AL, GA, IN, KY, TN, and TX.  We last wrote about this company on 9/28/10 (10% growth) and on 7/19/11 (16% growth).
