    Kansas-based TANNER'S BAR & GRILL (founded 1985) has increased by 1 unit, from 9 to 10 (11% growth) and entered into WI.  This is a family/casual restaurant concept, serving American cuisine.  Meal periods are lunch and dinner, with a $6-$15+ per person check average.  Units have full bar and seat around 200.  Trading areas are KS, MO, NE, and WI.

    Austin, TX-based K & N MANAGEMENT (founded 1989) has increased by 1 unit for the Mighty Fine Burgers concept, from 3 to 4 (33% concept growth).  The company also operates 4 Rudy's Country Store BBQ locations.  Overall company increase was from 7 to 8 (14% growth).  These quick serve burger restaurants are open for lunch and dinner, with a $3-$8 per person price range.  Units seat about 50.  All locations are in TX.
    Florida-based MISS SAIGON BISTRO has increased by 1 unit, from 2 to 3 (50% growth).  These family/casual Vietnamese restaurants are open for lunch and dinner, with an $8-$20 per person price range.  Beer and wine are served and seating is for about 70.  Private party services are available.  All locations are in FL.
