Properties placed in service after December 31^st 2005 may qualify for up to $1.80 per square foot tax deduction to the extent that the building’s lighting, HVAC and building envelope exceed 90.1-2001 ASHRAE standards.  The February 9^th 2012 webinar will provide you with information on the 179D energy tax deduction, what is required to claim the deductions, who are the candidates, at the planning stage to ensure you obtain the maximum benefit available.  This presentation will also provide you with the knowledge of the tax benefit.
